ㅣ About This Role — What You’ll Gain

The CEO Staff Team leads high-impact task forces and strategic projects that contribute to the company’s enterprise value. The team is composed of high-potential leaders who drive initiatives key business areas.4


In this role, you will:

Gain firsthand experience in developing CEO-led large-scale brand campaign strategies
Build core strategic capabilities including hypothesis development, logical structuring, and strategic presentation creation
Understand integrated campaign through cross-channel campaign ; ATL → UGC → BTL → Retail
Develop data-driven strategy skills by analyzing global (North America) consumer responses and market insights


ㅣ Key Responsibilities


Research global model campaigns and analyze strategic frameworks
Develop hypotheses around campaign messaging and talent/model utilization strategies
Research PR and BTL expansion strategies (events, pop-ups, activations) and organize execution frameworks
Analyze North American consumer reactions and derive actionable strategic insights


ㅣ Qualifications


Strong interest in or personal experience with the U.S. beauty & cosmetics market
Experience creating strategic materials (e.g., presentations, research reports)
Understanding of digital marketing and content ecosystem structures
Strong ability to learn quickly and organize information in a structured, logical way


ㅣ Preferred Qualifications

International students or candidates with North America living/study experience
Familiarity with US local trends and social media culture
Experience planning or producing short-form contents (Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.)
Enjoy global large-scale offline events (e.g., Coachella, Fashion Week)
Ability to analyze performance of influencer or UGC campaigns (online/offline)

The interview process consists of one round.
If there are any changes depending on the situation, we will inform candidates individually.
For positions that involve global communication as a key responsibility, interviews may include sessions conducted in relevant languages.
Additional materials may be requested based on the outcome of the application review.
All positions are recruited on a rolling basis, therefore, postings may close early once a candidate is selected.

ㅣ Working Conditions


Working Hours: Monday – Friday, AM 9:30 ~ PM 6:30 (Lunch break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
Flexible start times (choose from 9:00 / 9:30 / 10:00 AM)
Compensation : KRW 2,500,000 (monthly)
Duration: 3 months
Start Date: ASAP (flexible)

We have recently expanded our headquarters to provide a more spacious and comfortable work environment. The buildings are within a 5-minute walking distance of each other.
