ㅣ Role Overview

Gain experience in end-to-end Amazon marketplace operations, including keyword optimization, advertising, and promotion strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Learn how to leverage data-driven insights to plan and execute high-impact marketplace strategies that maximize brand performance.
Develop market positioning strategies through category and competitive analysis across different countries.
Execute localized strategies tailored to regional trends and consumer behavior.
Work alongside ambitious teammates and grow into a global eCommerce professional through fast execution and continuous learning.


ㅣ Key Responsibilities

Support global Amazon marketplace operations and contribute to revenue growth initiatives
Optimize content, product listings, and promotions through country-specific customer, market, and competitor analysis
Assist in improving advertising performance through SEO, keyword optimization, and Amazon Sponsored Ads
Support pricing, inventory management, demand forecasting, and performance reporting based on sales data
Monitor SKUs and customer reviews to generate insights and improve marketplace operations


ㅣ Qualifications

Ability to communicate professionally in one of the following languages:
English
Spanish
French
German
Italian


ㅣ Preferred Qualifications

Native-level proficiency in the language of the supported market
Strong interest in skincare, beauty, and global consumer trends
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience using tools such as Slack, Notion, or ChatGPT



ㅣ Hiring Process

Document Screening ➡️ On-site Interview ➡️ Onboarding

The Interview will proceed once. If there are any changes depending on the situation, we will inform candidates individually.
For positions that involve global communication as a key responsibility, interviews may include sessions conducted in relevant languages.
Additional materials may be requested based on the outcome of the application review.

ㅣ Working Conditions

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with flexible start times (choose from 9:00 / 9:30 / 10:00 AM).
Core hours 10:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM. Lunch break 1:00 ~ 2:00 PM. It can be adjusted on a quarterly basis.
Compensation: KRW 2,500,000
Work Location: The Founders West (Headquarters – West Building)- 10F, Parnas Tower, 521 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul
We have recently expanded our headquarters to provide a more spacious and comfortable work environment. The two buildings are within a 5-minute walking distance of each other.
